1. About Virtual Assistant Finders
Virtual Assistant Finders is an independent portfolio marketplace designed to help businesses discover talented virtual assistants through professional portfolios. Our platform exists solely to facilitate professional connections between businesses and virtual assistants.
Virtual Assistant Finders is not:
- An employer
- A recruitment agency
- A staffing agency
- An outsourcing company
- A labor agency
- A placement agency
We do not recruit, employ, supervise, or manage virtual assistants.
2. Our Role
Our role is limited to:
- Publishing approved virtual assistant portfolios
- Allowing businesses to browse professional portfolios
- Reviewing interview requests
- Facilitating initial introductions between businesses and virtual assistants when appropriate
After an introduction has been made, our involvement ends.
3. Independent Relationship
Any relationship established through Virtual Assistant Finders exists solely between:
- The Business (Client)
- The Virtual Assistant
Virtual Assistant Finders is not a party to any:
- Employment Agreement
- Independent Contractor Agreement
- Freelance Agreement
- Consulting Agreement
- Service Agreement
- Business Contract
We do not negotiate or enforce agreements between users.
4. No Employment Relationship
Virtual Assistant Finders does not:
- Hire virtual assistants
- Assign work
- Supervise work
- Manage projects
- Set working hours
- Determine compensation
- Process payroll
- Provide employee benefits
- Evaluate performance
Every virtual assistant listed on the platform operates independently.
5. Business Responsibilities
Businesses are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing portfolios
- Interviewing candidates
- Verifying qualifications
- Conducting background or reference checks, if desired
- Negotiating terms
- Preparing contracts or agreements
- Managing projects
- Determining compensation
- Making payments directly to the virtual assistant
- Complying with applicable employment and tax laws
Virtual Assistant Finders does not verify every qualification or guarantee that a candidate is suitable for your business.
6. Virtual Assistant Responsibilities
Virtual assistants are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and truthful information
- Maintaining an up-to-date portfolio
- Responding professionally to inquiries
- Honoring interview commitments when accepted
- Negotiating directly with businesses
- Complying with applicable laws and tax obligations in their jurisdiction
Providing false or misleading information may result in the removal of your portfolio.
7. Portfolio Review
All portfolio submissions are reviewed before publication. Approval is based on factors including:
- Completeness
- Professional presentation
- Relevance to the platform
- Accuracy of the information provided
Virtual Assistant Finders reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, edit, or remove any portfolio at its sole discretion.
8. Interview Requests
Businesses may submit Interview Requests through the platform. Submission of an Interview Request does not guarantee:
- Acceptance by the virtual assistant
- An interview
- An introduction
- A hiring decision
Every request is reviewed before an introduction is facilitated. Virtual Assistant Finders reserves the right to decline or delay requests that are incomplete, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.
9. No Guarantee
Virtual Assistant Finders does not guarantee:
- Employment
- Freelance opportunities
- Interviews
- Client inquiries
- Successful introductions
- Business opportunities
- Income
- Long-term engagements
Likewise, we do not guarantee that businesses will receive responses from every virtual assistant they contact.
10. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Impersonate another individual or business
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on Virtual Assistant Finders, including:
- Website design
- Logos
- Graphics
- Branding
- Text
- Images
- Educational materials
is the property of Virtual Assistant Finders unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without prior written permission.
Virtual assistants retain ownership of the content they submit but grant Virtual Assistant Finders permission to display it as part of their public portfolio.
12. Limitation of Liability
Virtual Assistant Finders is not responsible for:
- Hiring decisions
- Employment disputes
- Freelance disputes
- Contract disputes
- Payment disputes
- Project outcomes
- Missed deadlines
- Quality of work
- Business losses
- Misrepresentation by users
Users assume full responsibility for any agreements or relationships formed after an introduction.
13. Removal of Portfolios
We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or edit portfolios that:
- Contain false or misleading information
- Violate applicable laws
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Include inappropriate or offensive content
- Damage the integrity or reputation of the platform
Removal may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect users or the platform.
14. Privacy
Your use of Virtual Assistant Finders is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
15. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Platform Agreement from time to time. Changes become effective once published on this website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

Acceptance of Terms
By using Virtual Assistant Finders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Platform Agreement. You understand that Virtual Assistant Finders is an independent portfolio marketplace and not an employer, recruitment agency, staffing agency, or outsourcing company.
You acknowledge that all communication, negotiations, contracts, compensation, and working relationships established after an introduction are solely between the business and the virtual assistant.
